Affirmate completed a strategic minority investment in PT BOT Finance Indonesia, an OJK-regulated financing company affiliated with MUFG Finance & Leasing Co., Ltd., part of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG).

Established in 1982, BOT Finance is one of the longest-standing Japanese-affiliated leasing companies in Indonesia, with a strong track record in corporate financing across multiple sectors.

This transaction marks Affirmate’s transition from advisory to principal participation, positioning the firm as an active stakeholder in advancing cross-border financial collaboration between Indonesia and Japan.
